The Rust Belt Market founders called Spry after talking to a dozen Ferndale, MI design firms who were simply not interested. Spry took their concept (before any lease was signed) and created a clean, modern design that was made quickly to attract possible tenants to the former Old Navy site in Ferndale, MI. The result is the Market has become a huge success. The lease was signed, over 80 vendors applied and Facebook support has skyrocketed. They had their grand opening in May, 2011 and it's now held every weekend.
